I am passionate about working with young adults and adults, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. Adulthood comes with its own unique transitions and challenges, from navigating relationships and family dynamics to managing work stress, anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose. I take a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are and helping them develop the insight, coping skills, and confidence they need to navigate life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we can build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness and problem-solving abilities, improve relationships, and develop a greater sense of confidence and self-understanding.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, OCD, grief, self-harm, family and couples work. I’m available Mondays for day or evening sessions, Tuesday mornings from 8am-1pm, Wednesdays from 8am-5pm, and Thursdays from 8am-5pm.
