Juliet has a wide range of experience helping folks find hope and healing through counseling. Juliet aims to create a safe environment where clients can feel comfortable to explore and grow. She has a person-centered and strengths-based approach. Juliet uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to provide folks with the tools for personal growth and wellness.
