Diane Ashouri, LAC

Diane Ashouri is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who graduated from The College of New Jersey’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. She has experience working in community-based, in-home, and virtual counseling settings. Diane believes in a person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each unique client’s needs. Diane utilizes approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions with her clients. 

Her passion is helping others, and finds great fulfillment in helping others to gain better insight into their problems and develop coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions.
