Krystal received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work at Monmouth University and has worked in the field of mental health/behavioral health for more than 17 years. She has a broad range of experience in the mental health field, including outpatient individual and group therapies, inpatient crisis hospitalizations, Partial Care and I/DD services. Krystal also has experience working with parents and individuals on behavior modification. Most recently, Krystal has been providing Clinical Supervision to new therapists, helping to nurture their desire to become a fully licensed practitioner. Krystal feels most at home utilizing behavior modification and behavior therapies. She has experienced much success in the implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as mindfulness techniques and solution-focused therapy. Krystal also utilizes a person-centered approach and psychodynamic therapies when applicable.
In her spare time, Krystal enjoys being with her husband, two young children and 2 dogs. Krystal enjoys reading, watching movies, kayaking, trips to Maine and being with family.
