Ryan is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who brings a combination of energy and empathy to sessions, meeting clients where they're at and working with them to move them forward in life. Ryan uses a combination of Cognitive and Dialectic techniques as well as imagery, visualization, dramatherapy, and improvisation to bolster his humanistic approach and provide a dynamic trauma-informed therapeutic experience where the client feels heard, safe, unjudged, and comfortable even during difficult conversations.

He has had experience in the therapeutic field for 17 years, working as a therapist, group counselor, vocational counselor, and care manager through the Children's System of Care (CSOC) in facilities ranging from in-home and outpatient to residential and hospital units. This variety has allowed him some insight into the wide range of resources and systems that impact a client's life.

Ryan enjoys a life with his wife and cat, and uses karaoke, board games, improvisational comedy, acting, and screenwriting as self-care techniques and ways to maintain a complex sense of identity.
